  I'd call it closer to 2.5 stars, but whatever. Fry's is a silicon valley institution, and probably the only place you can get radio coax cable, mini Bowie knives, LED chips, and wristwatches - all in the same aisle. These days, Fry's is probably the only place you can get CB radio parts at all. I can forgive the surly salespeople, especially since they seem to hide from you these days. I can forgive the receipt checkers. I can even forgive the utter lack of organization. There is no place left like this, and when prime isn't fast enough it is good to have it around.

  Your run of the mill electronics store. They're pretty good with price matching and offer decent pricing. Every now and then as a promotion, they offer to pay sales tax. Considering the sales tax in California if consider that pretty good. On the negative side the store is pretty huge with minimal help available to locate items or to pickup items that are in lock and key. A better way to circumvent this would be to arrange a store pickup from their online store

  This place is worst in customer experience. If you want to buy and do not expect to ever return due to any reason or do not expect support from them then you can try this place. Best of luck. I will never advise anyone to buy anything from this place, better to drive few miles and go to other frys location for peace of mind. I accidentally took wrong adapter and when I open I realized my mistake. When I went there to return it they told me that I just missed the the time (30 days). Person at customer return couldn't talk in English properly. I told them that I never used it, it just opened but they did not allow return. I am so disappointed. It is good that it was not very expensive. This is not the only instance. Save yourself, save your hard earned money. Avoid this place. Update: Manager allowed the return of the item. I am raising rating to 2 due to unprofessional and rude behaviour or customer service lady.
